We spent 3 nights in suite with spa tub, the king bed, the bathroom. Check-in was good.
Luxury place, fairly clean, functional rooms and knowledgeable staff.
This hotel was relaxing and clean, had perfect staff and location. The room was tidy with the view of the falls and had television, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities. Quick check-in was a bonus.
The room was unique and updated, the hotel was fairly clean. Its location was very central, only a short distance to Minolta Tower Centre. The bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away. I liked the room with view of the canadian falls, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was on that request, check out was easy.

Fairly clean, pleasant hotel, there was a friendly reception. The room was both exceptional and terrific that was available on short notice, we enjoyed it. All of the staff was lovely and perfect.

Safe and clean place, everything was excellent. It was very central and close to Niagara Falls Imax Theatre. There was a nice restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel is pretty with fast staff, breakfast is incredible, brilliant location close to everything we want to see. Spotless room and friendly communication with the staff.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this place. The hotel was pretty standard, had worth every penny views and fantastic location really close to restaurants and Horseshoe Falls in Canada and power and USB ports. Although the breakfast definitely could be included in most rates, it was above average.

The room was original, so I recommend it. The lobby was beautiful, I really enjoyed it. Good food choices for breakfast. Had easy check-in experience and the staff was friendly.
I loved staying here and would still consider staying here again. Stunningly beautiful and spotlessly clean place. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the city. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the beds were extremely comfy. Early check-in too:)))

It was a very special time staying at this pristine hotel. I loved this venue, its handy location & very amiable staff. Had FREE, enjoyable breakfast.
The room was extra comfy and the location was spectacular in the beautiful area. We loved continental breakfast with a lot variety of different meals. With very quick check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was well maintained.
Everything was fantastic as always. Magnificent location, terrific restaurant, kind staff and absolutely amazing decor. We had a room overlooking the city, the hotel was respectable. We truly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Mercato Market Cafe. The service was good too.
